If you can't change it, change the way you think about it

Counselling that helps you understand your thoughts and feelings, and move toward meaningful change — in person and online.

Counselling services

A single negative thought can affect your whole day — shaping how you feel, how you act, and how you see yourself. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy work by focusing on the thoughts and actions that influence your feelings, helping you build a healthier relationship with your mind. Counselling can be effective for anxiety, stress management, anger and hostility, hormone-related mental health, feeling stuck, palliative and end-of-life transitions, and grief. It is also for those who simply want to understand themselves better, build confidence, or reconnect with what matters most.

What you can expect

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other — to discuss what brings you to counselling, your goals and expectations, and how we might work together. Sessions are led by your needs, with time for reflection, practical understanding, and gentle progress at a pace that feels right for you.

Individual counselling

One-to-one, family and couples sessions in a safe, confidential space where you can speak openly and without judgement.

A compassionate approach

A respectful, collaborative relationship that values your story and your strengths — building long-lasting tools and insights for life.

Your next steps

Working together toward greater clarity, helpful coping strategies, and support for the changes that matter most to you.
